Several years ago Manhattan mainstay The Surrey Hotel & Spa underwent a serious facelift, bestowing upon it a newfound air of sophistication and modernity. Once home to the likes of JFK and Bette Davis its interior boasts a collection of work by some of the world's most desired artists. The artistic ethos is not only part of their visual aesthetic but how they operate, hence "artistic in every detail."
Imitating white mattes I framed some of the property's most artistic details as they would be in a gallery, aligning itself with the creative DNA behind the brand and the work that inhabits it.
